16-11-2020 the pocketbook touch lux 4 of my wife got a automatic update. It gave problems with a book. My wife tried to read from where she ealier stopped reading.
The pocketbook did not response anymore. I tried go back with factory settings and even formating intern all with no luck.
I go back to firmware thanks to this video and everything is working fine again. The book wich gave problems is now given zero problems!
I'm happy and my wife even more. Thanks a lot.

Since the last update, the device has not gone into hibernation, it has just gone to sleep and is still consuming power. So I contacted support by phone and got instructions to format the storage and reinstall. If I didn't have a text description of the operation from support, I would just stare dumbly after watching the video.

The video is completely inadequate, there is no mention of PocketBook storage formatting. It is not clear where the *.zip file was downloaded, it is not described that the *.bin file contained in it must be unzipped and where it was copied.
