Pro's Best Technique For Top 0.3% Aim

In this video, I explain why your EYES and where you are looking are the most important element when aiming. Aiming in valorant is a hand-eye coordination activity and as such, your eyes play a big part. However, for some reason everyone focuses entirely on their hand and not enough on their eyes. The result is very inconsistent aim. Some days you are a god and others you are trash. This often occurs because there are days where you look at the target without thinking and days (often when tilted) where you zone out and your vision wanders. Hopefully, this video helps you aim more like the pros. Appreciate you all!!

I’ve been playing Valorant for 3 years hard stuck on Iron with my eyes closed. Once I listened to this video I opened my eyes and have already ranked up to Bronze. Awesome video!

I realized this about a year ago, crazy how literally NO ONE ever mentioned this. I found warming up my eyes more important than my hands, I do it by using the hard mode bots in the shooting range. Once my eyes are warmed up I feel much more responsive to target tracking and acquisition.

not only was this information great, but just going through the comments and seeing all the gamers sharing their knowledge and experiences trying to help out others is honestly so heartwarming, just because of this five minute experience i am giving this man a sub, not only for giving great advice but for making the perfect video to bring together the perfect type of people

Ive always aimed with the crosshair, i knew aiming with eyes was better, but it takes more focus for me. Ive def been giving it more focus lately, and it has greatly increased my tracking.

So to be detailed, there is primary and secondary vision. if your primary vision is your crosshair and you always stare at it, you react slowly because the image sorrounding your primary vision is your secondary vision. your brain will process your crosshair first before the enemy model thus reducing your reaction time. you can only react to the enemy if there is a slight change inside your primary vision.example of this if you are holding an angle. if you stare at your crosshair instead of the corner where the enemy will peak you can only react if the enemy is actually in your crosshair placement, if you change it and your primary vision is the corner where the enemy will peak, your brain will register to click the mouse and will result in a millisecond pre fire. i dont know if i explained it well. but this way i grinded up to ascendant 2 and im only hardstuck plat noob last act

I usually look at the crosshair and adjust to the movement I see on the screen. It works very well for me because I know when the crosshair is actually on their head. I don't think this way is bad at all.

Update: I've tried for 2 days looking at the enemy and moving the crosshair. Does work better, never did in the past though.

I am so happy people are making videos about this. I spent all of my mid teens early 20s focusing on crosshair placement in CSGO, and never on visualizing the target. As I got older (and a little slower) I realized I was playing like shit. Sometime like 3-4 years ago I was watching a video on how to improve tracking. The guy said "watch the target never watch the crosshair." I feel this is the single best piece of advice for new aimers and gamers in general.

I subscribed because you explain it straight to the point honestly underrated

this is something i've realized whilst aim training in the range. I noticed that it was way easier to hit very wide flicks with the operator when my eyes were following the target.

All of this time I’ve been playing with my eyes closed because my hearing is very good but now that I’ve incorporated looking at the enemy I’ve substantially improved. I went from iron to radiant in just one day

Nice vid bro :) and thanks for the advice! I recently quit overthinking my aim because I was ruining it by trying to "control and know every movement I was doing to be consistent everytime" And Then after a really long time I realized there's not such a thing or secret movement that makes you consistent, it's just a mental thing, this topic you're mentioning is underrated fr, we need to focus on the things happening inside the screen, not outside...
I think aim has to be natural like any other Sports player will do to perform well, just training smarter and let your brain mastering the task :)
Pd: sorry if my writing is bad, is not my language.. 🙂❤️

this is exactly what i noticed after playing no crosshair for around 2 weeks, i began to focus on the head more and my aim became way more precise and consistent

as a person who uses their eyes to aim, I can confirm this is a valid tactic
