The worst one for me is hyperfocus interruptions. I have small kids and they just want attention, but If I'm say, making dinner and the kids come to ask me a question it takes a lot for me to swallow down the rage and just talk to my kids. ADHD rage is crazy

The getting interrupted one is the worst. I genuinely cannot go back to work and it's extra frustrating.

A good use of ADHD rage is, when it happens, to take a moment to do a quick check-in with yourself and notice what you are feeling or what you may need. For me, most of the time it's one or both of these things, I'm overwhelmed (or stressed) and/or hungry (or thirsty).

I've always described this as everything being too loud to hear yourself think.

The worst was this one time when I was at my job at Home Depot, and a customer just kept talking to me as I was trying to think about how to answer her question, both of us getting more and more frustrated. Unfortunately, "Stop talking over my thinking!" doesn't make a lot of sense to someone else.

Watching your channel helps me so much to know I’m not alone. Thank you so much for spreading awareness ❤❤

I hate answering the same questions I just answered. my mind has moved on, it's over its done and forcing my brain onto a track it's just left is just, illogicaly infuriating.

And the worst part is they blame YOU for being in a bad mood

1. Is not just a mental response. It's literally a physiological type of response that makes me have to restrain my body.

Omg the “simple” instructions one!!! 😫
Like, I’m generally very good at following instructions, especially if there’s visual aids included with the written parts.

However, sometimes instructions are just vague enough, or worded poorly enough, or the visual aid isn’t particularly helpful, and in those circumstances, the rage and frustration I feel is _immense!_ I’m usually a fairly chill person, but my god do I want to scream when I can’t figure out instructions for something!!! 😤

I was literally just thinking the other day that there are not enough shorts about the "rage" side of ADHD. Sometimes it feels uncontrollable 😢

Very relatable, especially chewing. I'm ok with instructions, but, forms, I get triggered

That’s so accurate, I didn’t know that it was actually a thing, I thought it was just me being easily irritable

I hate it when I feel over stimulated! It is like wearing my nerves outside of my skin. Sometimes I don’t even know I have, u til the instant 0-100 anger comes out!

My thing is loud music outside of a party setting and when people insist on "helping" me with something I'd rather do on my own. (aka: breaking my focus to "help")

I was at a friend's house once and I was playing a puzzle game on his computer while he was busy. When he was back, he started trying to point out some of the answers. I was irritated, but i just explained that I'd rather figure it out on my own. He continues pointing things out saying "its ok, I'm just giving you hints". I was instantly pissed, so I shut the game off. He kept asking why I'm so mad cause it's not that deep. For me, there is no point to a puzzle if someone gives you all the answers. If we were both figuring it out together, I could deal with that. But this was his game on his computer, he already knew all the answers and wouldn't give me 10 seconds to assess the problem before he was pointing out "hints". I was extra mad because it was a really enjoying the game before he ruined it.
