I have never felt so understood by anyone.

The 'calm in a crisis but break down easily over something small' one is so meaningful to hear.

Should be added "you CAN pay really close attention, but you wont realize when the video loops so youll watch it 3 times" lol

It's nice to see the positives of ADHD as well :) because most of us often beat ourselves up for the negative parts

Your channel has helped me understand three generations of people in my family. We're all different but these videos help me understand the spectrum. I appreciate you so much.

I was told I do not have ADHD, because on psych testing I have average working memory and processing speed. I’m like, “but every single thing in these ADHD videos speaks to my core.” My counselor and I figured it out - I’m a highly sensitive person (HSP)! Every aspect of ADHD, but it is my sensory input that is causing the behaviors that look like ADHD, not deficits in executive function! So, it’s like being the sister of ADHD and not ADHD itself. Anyhoo, your videos still apply, and I am so thankful for them!!

Basically me except replace "ready to start a fight" with "ready to have a breakdown". I can't deal with conflict well, even if it has nothing to do with me

The remembering weird details thing is so true, I can remember such odd things, but important things I forget instantly. This one I really related to, so much truth.

And we look normal too so trying to get help is practically impossible in England- it makes me happy to see you have someone who understands you

TLDR: We can do grand scale skills but we forget/get overwhelmed by small tasks.

I love your content so much. Your understanding of how your brain works and the way you communicate it is so approachable. Also, you seem to have such a loving, nurturing relationship. Thanks for sharing❤

I love this content! I was diagnosed in 1994 at the age of 30. For 57 years I didn't understand why I was the way I was. Content creators like YOU TWO are doing so much amazing help for this community that is always treated like outsiders and that we are someone wrong or broken.

Thank you for your content because, I have ADHD but had no idea why I was so weird, now I am better at understanding myself and I really appreciate it.
