Renting of Houses is Hard Work !! - 
1 )You have to paint the house after the renter leaves
2) Fix the houses often - roof, floor, walls, etc
3) Pay the unpaid bills by your ex-tenant
4) Beg for rent every month

Not as passive as books describe it to be ....

Just wanna say thank you so much !Really appreciate all the teachingss especially the digital bank one 😁😁Oh wanted to actually add that investing in dividend stocks is not a good idea, it's normally more costly to risk especially when the stock price can change and make more of a difference than a 6% dividend yield.But it might work either wise Personally think ETFs are the best option out there

Can you also share if indian muslims can invest in Malaysian market ( REITS, stocks rtfs or any mutual fund) what medium can we use and what all should we know before investing in Malaysian Market ( they have halal options ) as compared to other countries.
