Make the reading session fun: get cozy
Notepad and pen next to you, write what's valuable, no quoting
Learning recap: learning objectives: using what you learned during the day
Weekly highlights: bullet points to read in the future and remember
Book summary learning lessons
Rereading: notion database and books, learning 10 times more on the second reading

Hamza bro, give a try to reading after a lifting session you're gonna feel the difference. When you do any type of intense physical activity, it causes blood to flow to the brain. This in turn fires up your neurones and promotes cell growth, particularly in the hippocampus. This means that just 20 minutes of exercise before studying can improve your concentration and help you focus your learning.

==Summary==

-Consider using Notion for the electronic records mentioned below.
-Make the reading session enjoyable in any way you can (e.g., get in bed, put on music, have a coffee, etc.)
-Have a big paper notebook that you use to write down *in your own words* (no quotes allowed) insights from the book you are reading. After each page or paragraph, paraphrase the insights. Try to think about how you would use these insights in your own life using specific situations and people.
-Once you finish the book, input the best insights from the notebook into a document. Every once in a while, go over these notes.
-At the end of each week, put in a document the top insights learned that week.
-For each day, make objectives to implement as much as possible some of the things you’ve learned.
-Reread the best books you’ve read after a long time has passed. You may get 10x more value reading them the second time.

Hamza, you get tons of comments and messages like this all day every day. But you really are a revolutionary, there is nobody else that I’ve ever come across that is this willing to set such a strong example for the habits that breed success. I’m so grateful that I’ve stumbled across you and your channel, it’s given me the building blocks to build myself into the man that I was really meant to be. Thank you.

The one line from the book atomic habits that's going to be in my mind for the rest of my life - quality of excellence comes from the ability to enjoy boredom i.e, to do things when u r bored and still enjoying being bored

1. Create an enviroment in which you would feel like wanting to read
2. Take Notes while reading
3. Write down what you've learned from the book and create daily objectives to use the knowledge in your life
4. Do a Book Summary from the Notes you've did

I've recently made a discovery on how I can read in more public places, such as when traveling. Especially for me as a public transportation user. I use noise canceling headphones with white noise playing, and just use that to get totally focused on what I am reading while eliminating distractions. I wish I had discovered this sooner as trying to read in certain situations was a total failure for me at times and this lets me increase my reading.

A mind once stretched by a new idea will never return to its original dimensions. This is why when you read a book a second time, you see things as if they weren't there before. It is actually parts of yourself that weren't there before.

You're a real G. I'm 15 and I started taking actions so my future self would look back and be happy at what I am doing right now. Thank you, Hamza!

Take notes like everybody used to do.Or read the book more then once. An take more notes or highlight what make sense to you...the old ways still work.
