I am a 82 year old woman who, after watching your seminar just now, has found the courage to learn from you to begin the next exciting chapter in my life. I am recovering from recent heart disease, cancer and radiation, recurrent haemorrhaging, colitis and total hip replacement plus Covid hospitalisation and I need your plan to keep on keeping on. I am blessed. thank you Jim Kwik you are an inspiration! Sheron

I think my main takeaway from this is that the more we engage with information, and the more *ways* we engage with it, the better we remember it.

I’m 94 and have hd an incredible adventurous life. But it’s not over and tonight I learned some more strategies to get to the end by living in the moment. More aware. More focused. Less anxiety more in the now. And have Ben reminded again that even though I’ve spent all these years losing things. I don’t HAVE to . I can choose ways to stop! It’s not too late. Thank

I am 61 and have had two strokes. Watching your video has given me hope that I can still achieve more. I am so grateful because recently I have felt so stifled.

I wish I had known that the first 23 minutes were pure greetings and introduction... For those of us with limited time.

Thank you Mr. Kwik, I am in my 63, and I have done business since I was 24, I have learned some of your knowledge by experience but not even close to what I learned today from your video, I wish 40years ago someone thought me these amazing points, I thoroughly appreciate it.🙏🙏🙏

Trauma and brain injury are closely tied. As Jim was expressing loosely his accident in childhood, the changes in his learning and "personality" sounded at least as tied to the emotional experience as the physical.
The longer I listen and study what I do, the more I understand "injury" overall and the ways of healing.
Thank you for sharing your process.

I was in a coma for 40 days, 24 years ago and I keep forgetting my brain and body are damaged....😢 I woke up in the hospital this past June I thought I was dying... I have been surviving this long because I'm determined and passionate about life and love.

I'm 70 years old and I love books. My eyes get tired so I use audiobooks. While watching this video I changed the speed from 1 to 1.25 and discovered I could understand and enjoy it just fine. I'm going to try 1.5 now 👍 I'll do this with my audiobooks later and see what my fastest comfortable speed is.

Excuses, Reasons. Not to, born blond, and half blind. Satisfied settling with and accepting not being able. Surrender. Your is such a foreign concept. I will listen and hopefully absorb more a section at a time. I listen slowly, thoroughly but will i adapt? Thank You Jim Kwik with a K!

This was literally one of the best spends of my time. I literally cried at Jim’s x-men story. All my own limiting beliefs and the stories others told me about myself came up. I am so grateful to have stumbled upon this video. I now need to figure out how to experience this live!
