They actually support woman in general that can't get pads or tampons in certain countries and that use ash and o other strange objects to take care of there. They also help women to not quit school because of their periods because most women in some countries have to quit school because they got their menstrual and they don't have the products we need 2 use like pads and tampons they're fantastic company and they support a lot of different women that just don't have the means to get their hands on pads and tampons they also give them sex education and women education which is amazing I actually worked with them and they are amazing amazing company.

So glad I was able to find a video on this cup!! I have mine in as we speak!! I tried the Luna cup first and after 5 hours it gave me excruciating cramps so I took it out and went shopping online for another kind and I chose to go with the Cora cup, it was super easy to insert now I’m laying in bed praying it doesn’t leak in the middle of the night lol! I just hope these next 6 hours it stays in place and doesn’t cause me to cramp 😩😩

Also they last up to 10 years it's up to you but you don't have to get one every year they last up to 10 years if you take care of them and wash them correctly boil them after every use and I soaked mine and peroxide and I also buy a so that is meant for the menstrual cup it's just one another company they work for all I buy the salt menstrual cup soap and it works perfectly and I soak it in peroxide for 24 hours after my. And I also get between my periods like you do while I'm in the shower but yeah you don't have to get one every year they definitely last way longer than that just thought I'd help you out girl save you in a little bit of money's

Wait.. You said you didn't change it for 12hrs.. What about when u had to go pee, and how do you know if it's full or not?.. And since this was your very first time trying it, did you wear a panty liner jus in case it leaked? And how many times did u take it out and clean it throughout the day? and how do you clean it when your out in a public restroom?.. Ok, last question, do you have problems with cramps and if you do did it cut down on your cramps. Because I've been looking into trying one and I've watched other people channels about the cup and heard people saying it cuts down on cramps and that's the main problem I have.. I have really bad cramps and semi heavy periods. So I been kinda iffy on getting one and trying it plus besides I don't know if I can go all up in myself like that especially while im bleeding.. I barely like for it to touch me lol.. Hope you answer my questions back and thank you soo much if you do.. I love your channel😊💜
