Im 38, had children and use thr size B option for those that have had children. Didnt take too much getting use to. I love it. Dont even feel it up there. Have had some leakage but nothing much. Its a game changer

I tried the cup for the first time and panicked so bad when I had trouble locating the base to pull. I had read the instructions and watched some videos to be as prepared as possible, but still had a hard time taking it out and ended up with much worse cramps. I realize that like everything new, it is a process, and I have to try and find the best size and technique for me. You saying that we don't have to give up after the first try really resonated coming from a health professional ❤ Thank you for taking the time to go through this for everyone.

These are definitely a work in process. My first attempt was totally not the best experience but through time and ❤patience I had great success in using them. Thanks for sharing this information. Married for 36 years with 4 grown up children, (two daughters) I have never heard of the Menstrual Cup.

From a male’s point of view and living in a country that has ‘Period Poverty’ I wonder if this would be the answer to end such poverty? It’s not that long ago that they abolished tax on sanitary products here in the UK, (I know, the audacity) yet there are still millions of females in the UK living in Period Poverty. This is NOT just a problem for females, we males should be lobbying our governments to end the poverty of a basic necessity.

This is good information. I never tried the cup, but I use cloth pads. They are wonderful and so easy to use once you have your wash process down.

Day 1 of using the cup I’m not grossed out by it I’m not sure if I love it there is some discomfort also I do believe I’m hyper aware that it’s there. So I also think that if I use it more often that will go away. But over all I do believe I will use it again
