Can we integrate gmail and other apps to gpt directly?

or we will always need zapier to connect apps?

Also, what about data security? when ever we connect them via zapier does it upload all information in chatgpt database for any person to access.

I am thinking to connect it to my SAAS database for internal teams to just write a query and retrieve the data.
