I've noticed over and over that, being confident and strong feels intimidating to a lot of guys. Again speaking from experience most guys in their 50's, 60's or even in their mid to late 40's, are after the 20-30 year old women.

Tough meeting others who are single as we get older, especially on a limited income. Where are the single older women hiding these days! LOL!

I believe that women still require men to pursue and do most of the work in starting a relationship. This was true during my 20's and is still relevant in my 50's. I find many women in my age group lack any motivation to stay fit or make themselves presentable. It's like all they have to do is show up and that's enough. But this is just one man's experience. Very good! I do have to say that I have become a very good listener. I have learned to listen intentionally. I do this by knowing what the other person has to say is important, because if they feel it is important enough to tell me, then I should know it is important to them. They speak, therefore I listen!

You will discover every case between a man and a woman is individual and different from every other. I've found lots of good women but they still lack the emotional stability I thought women would eventually mature to as they reached grandmother age.
