First if you are new to this channel thanks for stopping by, questions and comments are welcome and encouraged, and since you are likely unfamiliar with what I do, I perform feats of strength as part of a live show in the tradition of the strongman acts that were common place in circuses and theaters during the turn of the century.... but with a modern day twist.

I’m also a personal trainer with a personal training studio in boonton New Jersey where this was filmed.

In this video I answer questions from the comments in a previous video about the benefits I got from isometric exercises.

Hey Eric, you have inspired me so much since I began following you. I know I leave many comments, and you are probably a lot more busy now with things returning to normal nowadays. But I was wondering what you think the limit to how strong people could be is? Is there anything we couldn’t do if we trained long and hard enough?

Not suggesting I know better or even as much but I had elbow pain so bad I couldn't move my arm without wincing with no weight. Daily light high rep curls and putdowns for more than three months fixed it. Those first couple of weeks sure were rough though.
