Some really amazing rich knowledge of the anatomy!

But just to test you a little XD, why (reasoning) do you recommend 5-6 repetitions rather than 3-4 or even 10-15?

I can no longer do exercises with call for repetitions because of pain in my left shoulder. I can I replace the sets/repetition exercises with isometrics?
