Awesome! I don’t have many “cheat” days. I call them high calorie days because after a couple of weeks my body just seems to need more calories for a day. Then I feel better and go back to normal calorie intake for me. I still try and eat healthy foods on my cheat day though.

My water retention is crazy, sometimes I can go up by 10lbs! Then within a few days up to a week I'll be back to normal. Does anyone else experience this??

Wow thank goodness! I was 4-5 lbs heavier today after my cheat of popcorn and a few cookies, plus dinner of quiche and salad. I couldn’t believe my eyes! What a relief. Back to fasting tomorrow, at least for a total of 18-23 hours depending on how I feel.

I didn't know that before trying...and indeed, it works!!!! Allowed myself 1 absolute cheat day/week and zero fat gained 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙂👍🏼

If im trying to lose weight I find doing 1 cheat meal once a week and one cheat sweet treat a week to work best. So 2 cheats in a week but on different days. A whole cheat day sends me on a binge

Exactly. I only have cheat meals, and when I do I just carry on with my normal run/workout routine, hydrate and everything’s fine . She’s right on the money with this one . Keep up the good work 👍👍👍

This isn't great advice if someone is suffering from a health condition like diabetes, heart disease, etc where you're damaging your arteries consuming fat laden foods with oils or saturated fat. The thing to wrap your mind around is just one day per week is still 52 days per year.

That’s interesting because my intuition tells me it’s important to have that once in a while!

I need to listen to this a few times. Dr Ken Berry says to do this rarely not often 😊

Also if I have a meal like that I drink lemon and apple cider vinegar with pink salt. And try to eat it at 5:00pm so I have a longer fast until the next day.

Truthfully I have stalled I think because I’m probably having too many cheat foods.

It’s true that’s why we get hungrier when we lose weight and are supposed to be eating till satisfied every so often to rev up that machine again, trouble is this is the exact point where people give in and think the whole thing is working against them well it kind of is but we need to learn to manipulate it and that is to eat more according to hunger and fullness and be consistent in work out and tracking otherwise the whole thing could fail

Good to know....we cut back Monday to Friday but Saturday Sunday we eat potatoes rice pasta...
