Thanks bro, I am doing my workouts and diet regularly and just yesterday I ate a cheat meal.... I was in regret that I'd loose the the progress but now I'm sure if I do it properly they are not really unhealthy. Thanks so much

I don’t plan cheat days. I simply allow myself to cheat when I feel it’s important. Like when I go out with my friend and we eat somewhere really special. However, afterwards, I don’t allow myself to cheat again till after several days. This way works better for me rather than planning to cheat.

You did a great job!, my question is how do I start? I’v been losing weight and gaining it because I always give up easily..the problem is that I lose 20kg then gain it then again lose 25 kg then gaing it again! Even when I do diet I lose 6 kg then gain it😢

I maintain a diet of 15 day calorie deficit....then 1 day of cheat and then next day a full 24 hr of fasting.

On cheat day, Workout will be needed or not, as we're eating on BMR but when include workout so our calorie rise.

Bhai jawline ke liye kuch bata do mai skinny fat hu mere genetics shyd ache hai kyuki mere shoulder ka shape bahot pyara hai chest bi but belly or jaw pe fat hai

This isn’t about what you talking but kind of the same premise but I had to integrate/ allow my self rest days i give myself 2 days a month lol but it’s definitely important i maybe should give myself one more day off but idk ahah I feel like I’m lying when I say no days off ahah
