This is true. I've been doing this for years after seeing a foot stand in front of the commode in my chiropractor's bathroom, then asking him what was it there for? He & his wife (the colonic hydrotherapist) both explained how the tribes in Africa would squat in the same position... as Doc Mandell just described, ...when having a bowel movement. It TRULY works, and I've even taught my children & grandchildren to this method. I keep a footstool in all of the bathrooms for this reason. There are a few more natural methods to use for constipation that I've also taught my grands & other children in my family to do for themselves;
1. Rub both hands together to heat them up. Next, use your RIGHT HAND energy & move the hand in a circular motion clockwise underneath the naval area 50 times (you don't have to touch your abdomen). The heat energy from the right hand moves the blocked bowel instantly most of the time.

2. My mother taught me this method, and I've passed it on to my own family & friends; to take both hands, using the fingers.. press down massaging the lower left side of the abdomen . That also helps to move the blocked bowel rather quickly. 🙌🏽❤🙌🏽 #WeAreAllConnected 💜
