I don't have constipation. However can we train our bowels to go when we wish to go on a particular schedule? For example if someone goes in the morning normally, but they would rather go in the nights before sleep. Because I don't like the idea of going to sleep with full bowels.

Added tip. One teaspoon of bee pollen granular a day will usually help make most people regular with B.M.s daily provided the person is not dehydrated, and it has pages of other health benefits as well.
