When I was a kid I shared a bus stop with a boy and a girl. He used to walk her home, make her laugh and cheer her up when her dog died or later when her Dad died. They dated in middle school and stayed dating all through high school. They never dated anybody else and got married after college.

He is not very good looking, he had bad acne in high school and it scarred his face a little as well as him being a little pudgy but now he's more stocky looking as a man but she grew up to be beautiful in all the conventional ways, nice hair, good smile, big expressive eyes... Both of them value each other beyond what they look like. Its actually one of the best romantic relationships I ever witnessed happen growing up. Its really rare though and the guy definitely had to work for it. And despite her beauty she developed a spine injuryfrom a cheerleading accident so despite her being slim and fit she is limited physically. She still does what she can though and has never tried cheating on him or even speaking poorly of him when he's not around. Its really sweet how she respects him despite her being so pretty she can "do better" than him. In her words she has known him for decades and he has always done right by her. Why throw that away for what might be better when she has everything she needs in him now? I respect them both a lot. I wish more people got love like they do for each other.

I am a lifeguard in small waterparks in germany.

When i worked at Center parks for 2 weeks i wondered why there were only beautiful women compared to the normal and small waterparks.
And always with a dude that didn't match her beauty.

For 3 days i was thinking why that is. I saw it nonstop in this big and expensive Center Park waterpark.

Then it hit me.

Center Park costs around 250€ a day to spent your day in a hotel and in the waterpark.

The entrance fee for my local waterpark is 3 €.

The women were in for the money. You can't unsee that.

Truly an eye opener.

I like her, because of the innumerable amount of ways that we are similar. From speech patterns, to how we move our hands when we speak, the favorite things we enjoy. There's nuance to some of these similarities, but its like the same color, different shade. I know that she and I are linked, spiritually speaking. Just waiting on her to be brave enough to admit it. I know she'll get there.
