You can rest once per in-game day (for now) and sleep specifically during the night if you try to sleep at any other time it will use your rest charge.

I already got cunning hares, corin, belobog except grace. Tips :
1. As you can see, u can encounter them if u see it on travel map. (Check 1 more day reset, after that there no more)
2. To reset day, rest or playing "testing with your life on line" (dont remember the exact title. Only take 7‐9 sec, use gunner and do it till midnight for sleep.
3. If bar maxed in certain emotion, dont invite em to hangout. Wait till special event come out which is raise the trust rank, so u dont waste trust event.

If you see billy has an event in 6th street but cant find him anywhere, start entering and leaving any shop you can. I had to go into and out of arcade mode to trigger his trust. Might have to enter and leave your own video store too.

Also there's some kind of box breaking sidequest for ch 2 that takes 8 seconds to clear, which is good for passing time. I forgot the quest name tho

I do maxed some of them...when you keep stay at max trust...and random maxed character appear on street... They drop some good stuff for free

All the really nice ones i have are ones where they aren't looking at me. So i mainly used koledas because i really like her and she looks at me at least

If you want to skip time fast I recommend doing the combat commissions "Testing with your life on the line" and "Testing with your life actually on the line". They're both in Chapter 2 Prelude if I remember correctly, and both take less than a minute, the second one being 2 or so times faster

If you can't rest and want to progress time quickly, the "With your life on the line" (or something like that) combat missions are really quick. The second one i finish in like 7 seconds.

To pass time I do the Actually putting your life on the line, I believe it was called, mission in chapter 2.1, with Billy it takes about 6-8 seconds to complete
