My characters are stuck will full trust, but won't give me the next promotion quest... It's been days and I have Nicole, Billy, Nekomata and Anby at max (blue face emoji), but It won't give me promotion to 'Close' (yellow face emoi).

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
