I work as a C.O. for 8 years in a few high security prisons in GA. The Mexicans were some of the most dangerous inmates I ever worked with. But they're also some of the most respectful. I never had much trouble out them.

I am just glad I never ended up in prison. Had an abusive mother and bullied. Started hitting the weights at 13. But thank God I never developed a bad temper or let hate consume me.

I am so grateful I found my wife. We lost three children and numerous health issues for her and I. I am a disabled vet and do appreciate the brotherhood men have inside and outside of prison walls.

My wife and I will be married 32 years on February 29th. Our faith in God and Jesus has kept us going and I hope all can find that peace and love.

Beside prison it’s always good to have a Mexican friend on the outside. These guys know how to do everything from working on the houses, car etc. I have a high respect for these guys thru the roof!!

My son's wife is Mexican she's a very hard worker and seriously dedicated to making something of her life although she had a horrible young life she's definitely a survivor God bless her!

As A first generation Mexican American, I wanna say most Mexicans in the U.S are hard working, chill people. Once you break that language barrier, they’re hilarious friends and very welcoming friendly folks. Of course some bad apples will sour that experience but we’re not out to be bad people, we just want to work for a better life and treat everyone like family

I've worked on a team of Mexicans for custodial work, they are the nicest people I have ever met. I really don't get the hate that some people have towards them
