The Craziest Sushi We’ve Had in Japan

The craziest looking sushi we've ever tried in Japan is at a sushi place called UOZUSHI. It's a great place for some tasty sushi right in the heart of Kokusai Dori in Naha, Okinawa.

For some reason we chose a place serving the craziest looking sushi creations ever!

Wow! Wow!! That Ebi Kani Gassen! I was thinking that the sushi rice might have been mixed with the kani miso. I LOVE kani miso!! goshhhh! The Mt. Sushi! That Toroimo! The sushi chefs are so creative! I cannot stop saying OMG! Umibudo futomaki. I NEED to go there! Thank you both for taking us along on another amazing trip to Okinawa. ❤❤

Absolutely creative sushi that looked amazing! I felt like I was tasting it with you. I can just imagine those textures in my mouth, and I love Satoshi's description. Pickled green papaya is one of my favorites, and pairing it with the young ginger is genius. I'm going to try making it at home. I'm a huge fan of the seagrapes and the fish roe, my mouth was watering from that briny taste they bring to the table. Please do more of these Naha restaurants. Their dishes are so impressive!
