Hey bro, I attempted to use button mapper app on my TCL TV to program a button I wasn't using on my remote to assign a web browser to it. Now every button I press launches me to a frozen web browser. How do I RESET my remote back to facotry settings and erase the changes I made to the TV with that app? My TV is useless now and only navigates to this non responsive website. I called customer service and almost pulled my hair out dealing with the Manila customer service sweat room as she was asking questions like "Is the sky blue where you are today?" How do I restore everything back to factory settings? I tried the battery removal methods already.
