I have a TCL tv with a black screen. I've tried all of the recommended "fixes", but none of them work. The TV was purchased for a guest bedroom so has been barely used, maybe 15 hours. It's no longer under warranty. TCL refuses to do anything, even after the problem being escalated. Anyone considering purchasing a TCL TV should keep in mind that the product is poor quality and TCL doesn't stand behind it. Better to spend your money on a more reputable brand. I have a Samsung big screen LCD that has been heavily used over its 10 year life, but has never had a single problem.

My TCL TV Has a few USB Ports. They work fine while the TV is ON. When I turn the TV OFF with the remote, the USB ports Go Dead. Will the Soft Reset fix this problem. The Model is year 2014 TIA

my Anton is fine on all my TVs except for the TCL Roku and it was okay a couple days ago then it stopped even on a rescan it says no channels found

My tcl 5 series won't play Dolby vision movies anymore. It's only shows a green screen. Any other 4k ultra hd movie plays without a problem.
