When it comes to Probiotics, which is more effective, supplements or fermented foods? Perhaps both?!?

Right from the bat - I will ask you this question
Have you tried cold water infusions of oats?
The idea behind this is raising ORP to at least -150 or down to -750
Plus it's those lactic bacteria that make this possible. So I think it's kind of a probiotic as well as a good (easy to use) hydration source.

More important is how do you take probiotics? Because if taken with the wrong food it’s a waist of pills! Probiotics are seeds that need a fertile soil like oatmeal or cold cereal or rice etc! Probiotics basically eat acid and poop alkaline in the stomach raising the ph and allowing a slimy so that pooping isn’t so damaging to the anis! What about the other seeds needed in the stomach because they’re interdependent!!!

If you have fresh - then chow down. If you can properly dry store your items - then having products in missing supply of fresh options - then use the supplements. Otherwise, make your own products - probiotics kimchee, or such sauerkraut etc with yogurt ... and have massive probiotics and pro-lactic resources. Same old pottery/stoneware crocks, in the pantry, root cellars, buried in the ground, ... even above ground Korean soybean and other sauce mixes in huge pottery jars. All options available in making great probiotic products.
