Thanks for making this. I’ll be able to send this directly to my guest to help prep them for filming.

Excellent content - thank you!. I'll add a couple of tips, or at least highlight common failings. Once the pandemic hit and I'd made the "pivot to virtual" I was running sessions via Zoom all over the world. Two problems I noticed repeatedly were: 1) Participants would be using their laptop, with the camera pointed up at their face, the most unflattering angle. Even of you're stuck using your laptop, the solution is easy - just put the laptop on a cardboard box (we all have lots of those!) with the camera at eye level. 2) Participants would sit in front of a window or bright light source, with the camera facing the light, so they essentially looked like black cardboard cutouts. Just rotate your setup 180 degrees! You mentioned using a proper microphone, so I won't get started on people who use their laptop's built-in microphone, which is often unintelligible! Thanks again!

Any suggestions for an external camera?

This advice is more how to pre-can responses, and not be in the moment (genuine).

I now don't trust you or what you say.
