I love the “define specifically what you want to work on at this time” as it’s clear, actionable and narrows things down. I decided sharing my message on YouTube was my priority as I really enjoy the process of creating videos, so I cut out time spent on all the other social channels and it’s freed up so much time but more importantly, mental space! Thanks for doing what you do! 🙌❤️🙌

One thing that really help me when I’m not motivated is listening to self-improvement Podcasts or TEDTalks, exactly same as now 👌thank you for your help🌷🌹

"Focus on one thing" really hit home! Now that things are slowly opening up in my city, I feel like there's a million things I want to do besides my day time job...create music, art, videos etc etc. Will pray on it & see which one sticks haha. Thanks Marie! You are awesome!

Hi Marie! I’ve been practicing self care since the pandemic began. I meditate and exercise 4-5 days a week. It helps a lot and makes me feel good about myself. I definitely need to work on my diet and what I put in my body.
