When all you drink is water you have trouble chugging soda and juice, it feels weird and almost wrong. Same goes for if all you drink is soft drinks and sugary beverages, drinking water feels weird and unnatural. I HAD to make the switch to WATER only, because my body was infested with candida. I had horrible eczema, dandruff, sore cracks in the corners of my mouth, and some unmentionable digestive problems. Water is a life saver and switching to water will add years to your life, promise!!☀️💛☀️

I pretty much only drink water and still struggle to drink 2L because if I do it in the first half of the day I’ll have to use the school bathroom, and if I drink a lot of water in the latter part of the day I’ll be up all night going to the bathroom.

Nah I don’t do those sodas and juices, but I still struggle to drink water!!! I have a cup of tea in the morning and then…..it’s 10pm and it’s the only thing I’ve had. Thanks for reminding me. I’ll drink some water now. Need to do better, a lot better.

I just put some random smelling ice cubes in my water and it tastes 10x better😂

Also something I forget to drink anything all day and will have my 1st drink at like 6pm. So then I end up drinking a bunch of water from like 6-10

I don’t think people are struggling with drinking water cause it’s a lot, the struggle is it doesn’t always sound appealing. Sometimes the coke or the Diet Coke sounds better. Not many people want to drink only water.

I will say how to drink 2 Litres of water easily Morning 1 glass of hot water Then after bath 1 Glass Then after 1 or 2 Hour's of Breakfast 1 Glass Then 1 hour before lunch 1 Glass. 1 Litres finished. Then 2 Hour's after lunch 1 Glass Then after urination 1 Glass Then before workout 1 glass then after workout 1 glass. If you are not doing any Workouts and playing Sports drink water before and after sport's. Don't believe her she is just spoiling you and your life 😊😊
