You can use just water or tomato juice instead of vegetable juice!

I have been doing this recipe for months since it released and have never gone back to store-bought curry since! It’s so so good

By the way, I found out that a good substitute for the vegetable juice is to use vegetable broth + 1/4 of an apple, preferably ones on the sweeter side. Grate the apple into the curry when you’re mixing in the ketchup, coffee, and etc., and it will slightly help in thickening the curry more, but also in giving the sweetness that the vegetable juice would have provided.

(Oddly enough, I learned this trick from a video game. I got curious about this and tried it out— and it worked really well!)

Aww, how sweet Sutan smiled when she came close to the camera. Your curry looks delicious yet easy to make. Thank you.

English isn’t even her first language and she says Worcestershire better than me lmao

I love when Moe is explaining and Sutan looks at the camera and gives a smile on her own!

I like how Moe cooks. She keeps her space neat. Sutan is a very good baby, trying different kinds of food. She loves her mommy's cooking. This is my favorite cooking channel in YouTube.

Sutan is quite possibly the cutest baby I've seen in the last 3 years.

I just finished cooking this recipe today, waiting for the curry to thicken. It smells, looks and tastes great.

Thank you

Edit: I just finished eating and it tastes great. For that extra sweet taste I'd agree with adding some grated apples to the brew. You can also add other root vegetables, I had parsnips in mine (2 parsnips and 2 medium sized carrots, 2 big potatoes and 2 chicken thighs)

My family love it too.

I used tai curry jasmine rice and it tasted nice. Plain rice would do I think. Depends on your taste.

Hope this helps anyone who read it.

is no one going to mention the fact that Moe was prepared with another spoon because she anticipated Sutan to snatch the first spoon for herself? 😂💗

I’m genuinely impressed by your pronunciation of Worcestershire sauce, it’s pretty much spot on and better than many native English speakers 🤣
おいしいそう 👍

The reason I love watching your videos is I like how you have to watch your baby at the same time while you’re cooking. I like the idea that being a mother doesn’t stop you from doing what you love to do. I get so much inspiration from watching your videos. I’ll keep cheering up for you. 🧡🧡

Thank you so much for this method demonstration. I never thought I could make my own curry base, but why not! I made curry rice tonight from the usual pre-made base. It was delicious . I looked at your video after dinner to compare my skill set and learned something new, including "grated apple"! I am impressed how good your English has become since this video posted ! I am inspired to learn more japanese this year! Brava!
