Well my curry recipe is quite easy but i actually focus a lot on marinating chicken. So my chicken marinate is:
Soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and optionally some ginger. I also like to add a Little bit of ginger to the pot while i'm frying the onion with garlic.That means i add it to the chicken marinate and the whole curry as well.And that's it! My special ingridient i ginger and chicken marinate.The rest of the recipe is just frying an onion with garlic ginger and brown sugar then adding the chicken.when the meat is cooked i add water and let it simmer so the vegetables are soft.then im pouring the whole can of coconut milk and i add curry cube.After all of it i let it simmer for a few minutes so the curry cube is melted. You can also add fried tofu as well.
