Although I don't normally comment on you tube videos, I felt compelled to because I thought this was very well done. I appreciated all the helpful information but I also appreciated the "tone" of the video. I like how you are very clear and point out the possible uses of the software. It also was nice that this felt like a truly informational video on how to use Simplifi and why you might want to rather than feeling like I was just watching a sales pitch. I will be trying this out!

How do you budget for once or twice a year recurring transactions like property tax or auto insurance?

Thanks for this video. What about bills/utilities that i pay with credit cards? Does that get captured in the report as a credit card transaction or as a expense category (Utilities)?

My fav is definitely YNAB. How do you enter transactions? You didn't show that. Are they automatic or do you enter? or both? Also, do you enter the actual income or is the budget just based on the income you insert?

I was hopeful that Simplifi would be as awesome as it appears to be, but there are still a lot of issues with the software. For one it just takes to much time to update.

But you don't use the goals!
So you can save a bit every month for Christmas for example..

Also you can totally overall the categories in the settings
