All these apps have a paid subscription. The point of budgeting is to save money, not to add another monthly payment

Which do you recommend?
My metrics:
Use on a PC. I hate the tunnel vision of a cell phone three inch screen.
Don’t want to do my finances web based, needs to be independent of internet.
Don’t want to link accounts. Easier to check and balance when manually enter.
Don’t want to rent software. I want a onetime purchase and done.

None of these apps work for me.
50% of my income goes to paying mortgage (and other household bills that don't take credit card) The other 50% goes to paying those CC down.
All spending goes on CC. Food. Bills. Everything. That is what living check to check means.these apps are for people with discresh income
