I had followed the procedure of this video with my Windows 10 Pro Education. When I select "Add someone else to this PC." (video 50"), instead of the screen shown, lusrmgr was called out. Why would this happen? PS: My PC administrator account is a Microsoft account. My PC is a standalone PC.

When I click add user it says “ X Local Users And Groups this shaping may not be used with this edition of windows 10. To manage user accounts for this computer, use the User accounts took in the control panel.” When I do that, if just brings me back to settings on the same page.

Hello HP supporter please read this and respond as quick as you can.
My mother has bought a computer some weeks ago, and the language of it is chinese(which I don’t understand most of it) so, I created a user account without knowing that I clicked SECURITY account, and then when I log into the security account I just made I don’t know how to log out cause the security center was full screen! Please, help me and tell me how do I can get out of full screen then log out of that user account? My mother is extremely mad that is gonna break the keyboard.
