For those who want to restrict or limit access (read, write, modify, and delete files) for certain users on their file, folders, or drives, you may do so by setting the permissions thru the following steps:

1. Right-click on the drive or folder you want to modify and select "Properties" from the context menu.
2. Go to the "Security" tab in the properties window.
3. Click on the "Edit" button to change permissions.
4. In the permissions window, you can add or remove users and groups and set their permissions accordingly. You can allow or deny various actions such as reading, writing, modifying, and deleting files and folders.
5. Once you have configured the permissions as desired, click "Apply" and then "OK" to save the changes.

By setting specific permissions for drives and folders, you can control access to them for different users on your Windows 11 system.

Ok. But with the new account one can still access all files, documents etc, created by administrator. There is literally no point in making new account this way. Here the new account means only customized looks for each logger.
