How to create a local account on Windows 11 setup

Hey guy's R4GE VipeRzZ here and today I'm going to show you how you can create a local account at setup on Windows 11. This means that you won't need any online Microsoft account for Windows 11, so you can install Windows 11 without a microsoft account.

I work in IT and set up new computers all the time. I always use this method and added it to our OneNote how-to notebook. Hopefully Microsoft doesn’t patch this.
