I love teeth polishings it's my favourite part of my dental appointments

The polishing is the best part of the appointments. The ones I really hate are when they use the pick and the floss since the dentists I've had do it so intense to where I can taste my blood slightly

I would like to see a video comparing the two different methods of polishing. The traditional one with the polishing cup and the prophy paste and polishing with an air polisher.

Benefits and disadvantages of both methods and which is the best one nowadays.

i’m glad i found this vid because polishing is the one part of the cleaning that i hate 😩 it’s so gritty and sticky and it feels like it just sits in the gaps in my teeth.. maybe my hygienist just doesn’t rinse enough but i think it’s such a gross feeling

Here after my dentist left a TON of polish fluoride stuff on my teeth and said to not drink anything for 30 min. My teeth felt so bulky with it and I wasn’t sure why they didn’t take it off asap 😭 Had to take it off at my house w my brush with no toothpaste 😵‍💫

I just had my braces removed and I noticed small scribbles on my teeth as well as the tooth looking not as shiny around where the bracket used to be. Is this something polishing can fix?

Got my own personal one at home and it’s excellent. Bought for 30$ and it’s just as good! I use to be a dental assistant

A Patient could also use an Oral B Electric Toothbrush that includes a Polish/Whitening Mode. Since it will smoothing out the surface of the tooth and remove surface stains too.
When I use my Genius X Daily Clean or Pro Clean mode makes my teeth feel cleaner, and makes me feel more fluoride on my teeth.
While Polish/Whitening Mode makes my teeth feel much smooth, and less fluoride on my tooth surface.
I've read online that Polish Mode is just like getting teeth polish at the dentist.

Can we polish our teeth at home? My Dentist doesn't do a good job of it & leaves stains & rough surfaces. I've tried another Dentist & same thing. I need to be able to do it myself. Can you tell me where to get the things I need?
