Hello, Whitney! I'm 60 and not worried about having snow white teeth! My concern, I use Crest Whitening Gel Toothpaste ( 2 streaks of gel, 2 streaks of toothpaste) and I ALWAYS use this! I understand that this is bad for teeth. The print is so small on the box, I cannot read the instructions!!!! Will you please tell me how often I should use the whitening toothpaste versus using a standard toothpaste? I truly will appreciate this, Whitney!!!? THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!

So i bought the crest strips and the first week was the best results. Teeth looked amazing. Kept going since it was a 18 day supply. After the second week i noticed my teeth looked more translucent. Can that be from the white strips?

I have perfectly healthy enamel until one time I used Crest Whitestrips. After first use, I noticed it gave me hairline cracks or stress fractures on my teeth. It also gave me really bad sensitivity. Definitely was not worth it. Unless your teeth are yellow as the sun, stick with your natural off-white teeth. "Friends" Season 6 Episode 8 is a good watch regarding whitening.

Hey, i love your videos! I’m so scared of the dentist as when i was younger i had teeth removal, fillings, bottom gum was too far down so had a patch from upper mouth cut off (i think from upper mouth) to patch onto my bottom gum and other things done too. But i have always brushed twice daily and used mouthwash. Ive also just bought an electric toothbrush as my mum recommended me because since she’s used an electric one her dentist is impressed of how good her teeth are and mine are similar to her teeth too. I have slight plaque inbetween bottom teeth which im finding hard to get rid of but since ive been flossing more often and brushing better it looks like its getting better so i will keep up with it. Do you think an electric toothbrush is better and helps remove plaque? But a random question im not sure ive seen asked before but is it safe to drink milk in the nighttime after brushing? I can’t go a day without drinking a glass/ pint of milk and i know its also good for your bones and oral health. Thanks 😊
