I started doing decathlon after watching your first videos and now I am the third of Spain.

Even crazier that I thought you performed very well on Day 1 not knowing you were just coming back from injury!

I think a couple of years ago I'd have thought vlogging after each event of an Olympic decathlon might not be the most sensible thing to do. Maybe for most it might still be stupid! In your case it looks like 'just part of the process'... like a quick personal debrief then switch off and rest before preparing for the next event. Whatever works best for your performance is best I suppose... but really just a great insight for all of us that aren't Olympic athletes.
