Short and sweet and to the point. I am constantly searching for ways to get to my goal of 600 raw bench before I turn 56 years old. Just hit 585 4 weeks ago but at 55 years old my PRs probably increase a little slower than you younger guys. I am still very hungry for more weight. Just started lifting weights at 51 and powerlifting at 52. I am 55 years old now. I've done close to 25 meets or so in the last 3 years. I don't do a lot of warm up work because I need to stay tight. Thanks for the video. I just incorporated pin presses in last week as something new. Keep killing it.

Absolutely love and agree! I had to rehabilitate my shoulder after tearing my rotator cuff before I was able to lift heavy and I feel so much stronger, and better than ever

Floor Press is like this : You go to a power rack, sit in the middle of it, on the floor, put the pins to where your hands can confortably pick up the bar and literally just bench while being on the floor
