hope you are fine. im from PAKISTAN. i will land in the uk 2 days prior to my cruise. i cant find travel insurance for my cruise since no company in my country offers insurance that has a cruise cover. international websites are also not giving because im not a USA OR UK resident. I get the premium plan upgrade on Princess being Platinum. However, looking at their coverage I noticed $50, 000 in evacuation coverage which is more than enough but only $20, 000 in medical coverage. if I ended up in hospital, that wouldn't be nearly enough. That's why I buy another policy to top up the medical. Ship coverage is great for all things trip & ship related. additional medical coverage for the just in case of hospitalization peace of mind!

Hi Allison I love your channel you are so good, I have a question I am Canadian and also an Elite on Princess you mention 100 dollars that is average for a 15 days trip, I mean Premium for the whole trip? or is free for Elite passengers?

We always get the Platinum Princess travel insurance, which used to be free for Elite cruisers. Now, I noticed our 2023 cruise (32 days) we are being charged. So I don’t know when that changed.

Do you purchase additional with covid now? Or do you think what Princess offers is enough. Do you know if easy it’s is to submit and get back in a claim from Allianz?

IMPORTANT: Pay attention to annual plans sections on trip cancellation and trip interruption. Here's why: there are drop down boxes for each so you can increase amount of coverage you need. And the second thing is NOTE that these two ONLY pay ONE TIME per policy!
