I’m working towards smaller and manageable goals. I use to feel I needed to be perfect overnight because my addiction to social media I have broken. I don’t have much social or busy life because disability and income. But my goal is weight loss and been doing good. I journal and eat in moderation and space out and sugar free drinks like water. And positive content on here and Pinterest. I’m going all in because God is in me and I will overcome my obstacles. ❤

What a coincidence to see your video. I'm your new subscriber. Your advice really resonates with what I've been doing for a long time after graduating from school. I have struggled with what my purpose/goal was and didn’t know how to start. It was really a pressure to me of my family expectations of me since I already graduated from school and I had to carry the pressure along the way. I came to realize that I needed to learn english language to get a better job, on my journey I can see no progress and it was so disappointing, so I had to sacrifice some things that I enjoy doing to accelerate the result. I felt like I was different from the people around me and I couldn't help but to start to overthink that they might have judged me for what I've been doing in secretly achieving my goals. As time went on, learning english is a lifelong learning you will have to be patient with yourself, you will have to discipline yourself because you will get disappointed, and think you are completely a failure in the process. From that time on, It’s been 4 years now, I don't have a stable job yet and yet I'm still striving for my best to be above average because it's what's aligned with my values and I can see a vision through it that it’s worth telling in the future.

🦍 I am a bit behind on my planned Sept 1st start due to a chest infection that had me out of commission for the first 2 weeks of September (I have never been so annoyed with an illness in my life) but I really want to catch up! My goal is to finish the rough draft of my novel by the end of the year as well as stay consistent in my exercise and money saving goals. I was a bit weak today… and ended up buying take out for lunch, but I am currently meal prepping for the weekend to ensure that I do not make that same mistake at least for the next few days.
