I’m learning to be a minimalist mentally and emotionally by not engaging in things or situations that don’t improve my life. The recession has hit hard everywhere so anybody reading this you are not alone. We will make it. It’s not about building wealth at the moment. We just need to make it through without being too hard on ourselves. Try something new and keep your mind occupied with positive energy. Be kind and be grateful. Karma will find you and return to you what you gave out. Speak words of affirmation to yourself often. It’s the little things in life that will keep us going. Best wishes friends🤗

2. Keep lifestyle inflation in check
3. Invest in your well-being first
4. Focus on building your story
5. Choose the option that brings the most value

"Our society focuses so much on being material rich instead of being life rich" - so true! Spending money on experiences is rarely money wasted. The joy of spending it on material items usually quickly fades away. 💸

I've been a minimalist for two years. It's a wonderful feeling to not be weighed down by stuff you don't need and only own things that are practical and precious to you.

I’ve been a minimalist for about 3 years now, now that I look back I can happily say I have bought less than 10 clothing items this year 2023. That would’ve been a crazy thought couple years ago (I was shop-addicted) but now I find joy in the little things instead of materialistic things, i know sometimes we think it’s hard but enjoy the process and you will make it!

I’m so thankful that I was raised with that mindset. My parents come from very different economic backgrounds but they both agreed that money can skew your perspective on what you really want. They made their decisions based on what they truly wanted and not how much they could spend.

My most precious memories with them for example are walking through the forest together and being taught every little detail about this amazing eco system, which plants and mushrooms were edible, which animals were there and why they acted the way they did.
Now when I go outside into nature it’s like a wonderland to me. My parents taught me how to appreciate beauty, that’s the most precious thing in my life.

I have found since becoming a minimalist I have never been happier. Less stress, more organised, inner peace with myself and others and generally feeling like I have more even though I have less. It's made me appreciate everything and find joy in the little things in life☺

There are 2 currencies in life, time and money. Time is worth more to me than any amount of money in the world. As long as I have enough money to live a comfortable, humble life, I'm happy. The worst feeling is being trapped in the rat race because you are busy keeping up with what society tells you that you need.

It's a good reminder not to attach so much on materials, desire for more things never ends but brings no real satisfaction. It's wiser to invest on yourself to make life more joyful. No comparison n appreciate yr own uniqueness. Our heavenly father makes us, we re totally accepted n appreciated, n loved. That's so wonderful.

I absolutely love how these videos make me feel. How they bring me back to things that make me feel good and grounded, especially after having some really tough days with my two children as a single mum. They are so informative and inspiring without being "the only way you'll have a happy life is if you live like me"... if you get where I'm going with that.
Thank you for these beautiful videos, I love them!

I tend to never let myself buy anything in a fear that I don't have enough savings, but this helps me reconsider my habits ! It guides me to make an intentional decision ❤ Even though I was spending my money on therapies that I needed or pills for my well being, some would blame me for not being tough enough, and their words affected me on some level. But if it provides value I don't want to make myself feel so bad about purchasing an item or therapies. Korean society has deep seated anxiety on stability of life. It traps people to think that what they have is never enough. You have been so helpful in my efforts to not be swayed and limited by this demanding culture.
