So, stalking a female employee and displaying a weapon was dismissed, but verbally threatening a public official added 8 months. The guy got what he deserved, but nothing should have been dropped.

In my 43 years law enforcement experience, I lost count of the number of people like him I've dealt with. In every case they think their behavior makes them "tough", but in reality it only proves how cowardly they really are. It's easy to act tough like that when you have complete confidence in the knowledge the person you're disrespecting isn't going to punch you in the mouth.

So when he gets out in a year, the judge gets to forever watch his and his family's back? This guy should have been locked away, period. Either that or blinded so he won't ever have the opportunity to "see" the judge again.

The taped up glasses told me all I needed to know. First off, he’s a dweeb trying to be tough. Second, if I were the Judge presiding over the case, Giggles would’ve been called back into the courtroom to be told exactly what he told the Clerk.
