I cant seem to figure this out. You arent open for training on weekends when I have the time. When I try to pair it, the light is red and beeps continually not green then beeping 5x. Nothing I Youtube or google works.

This video didn’t help and i’m always having problems with this remote 🤦🏾‍♂️ had this collar for a year and it spent more time on the shelf collecting dust than actually being used because it continuously disconnects.
