You can't just put people in homes and think that solves homelessness. There's a lot of people who just need a chance to get on their feet, but there's a lot who are homeless because they can't cope with life and they have behavioral problems. Someone is going to have to make decisions who is suitable candidates for housing and who needs institutional care, and it can't be just some bureaucrat with no qualifications to evaluate mental health. And there's many who won't allow themselves to be helped because they have no trust in society.

The truth needs to be told. apparently homelessness is a big Cottage Industry for certain social agencies within our society. This is an excellent documentary recommend did you all watch it. It certainly opened my eyes to some issues while politicians and their friends feeling their pockets with our tax dollars homeless people suffer on the streets.
