The figures are correct ! The poor joined the army, went to the front lines and were neutralized. So the number of poor people is decreasing. For those who survive and can go home, they looted toilet bowls and their standard of living improved !

less than 10% live in poverty? LOL would like to see that formula. Having lived in siberia i can confirm the indigenous people live in sheer poverty. You're born...live a grim life then die. There's a large gray cloud that hangs over that country even on sunny days and when my company said i was transferred to the Caribbean i couldnt stop smiling.😁
