While Video Station will automatically pull a movies meta data from internet sources such as IMDB. In some instances Video Station can make a mistake, or pull meta data for the wrong film.

As its not immediately obvious how you can edit a film's meta data. In this video we take a look at how, from within Video Station, you can either manually update or search for the correct meta data.

How about when you use the search plugin and it finds the correct data but when you click OK it does nothing. The window just sits there. You can click OK a thousand times and it still wont apply and the window sits there.

I've ripped a film and behind the scenes from Blu-ray disc. I got the correct metadata for the film, but behind the scenes files got wrong metadata because I named them manually and apparently there are movies with same name. I don’t want to rename my files, is there a way to remove the metadata from library without deleting the file from NAS?

Is there a way to update the entire library metadata. When it loaded mine, it only loaded name and year of the films, not the poster thumbnail or other information. Doing your method worked great for one movie ! But one at a time is tedious and very time consuming :p

Thanks for the video ;) I have a question that you might help with. When i edit the video info i see the lock status for a second then it's hidden i can not see it anymore. Do you know why that could be. The user i am connected with has administration rights. Thanks in advance
