Hi, @Roku I bought the streaming stick+ 4k months back. I've been having a problem activating it. I also have two Roku TVs, but have never had a problem using a standalone device from Roku until now. What will happen is when I plug in the device, it will boot up, but when it prompts me to pair the remote, the remote pairs to my TV and not the Roku stick. I have also tried a few other Roku remotes, but I keep running into the same problem. Is there a way I can get past the pairing without the rechargeable voice remote so I can activate the device or do I need to find a television that does not have roku built in to activate it? I've been having technical issues accessing the One America News channel this evening. It says "Channel Inactive: Purchase/Remove channel/Cancel". I have tried everything I can think of and nothing works. Called customer support and spoke with 2 departments and they couldn't help. It looks like a lot of people are having the same issue on your community forum. P.S. Now it won't let me delete the channel?

If I already have a roku account with a Roku TV, but I have a second TV in the house, which is not a Roku TV, but I bought a Roku stick for that TV, can I use my same account on the TV, that is not a Roku TV, so don't have to purchase the same channels on the non-ruku tv ? So sorry to confuse anyone. Ty 😊

Does model 3820 work with 5G wifi routers? I have an Orbi40 2.4G/5G "seamless" mesh router system (ie: you can't pick either 2.4K or 5K setting - it's automatic). I follow all the instructions installing my Roku 3820. Remote pairs fine, ... everything is fine until it tries to connect with the wifi. I can't get the first green check. SO NOW WHAT DO I DO? I think it doesn't work with my wifi router being 5G seamless....which means I have to return the Roku. Thanks.

So what do I do if the link provided in my email says "The website experienced an unexpected problem" and says that the site will not load? I've already tried closing and reopening the browser, nothing changed, and Roku's online support is garbage.
