The BEST tutorial ! The Quick Start Guide book my roku came with was confusing and so were other yt videos, I had even thought my tv wasn’t compatible with it. You explained very well and I had success connecting to my roku. Thank you !

I purchased the Roku Ultra about one year ago! WOW! I love it. The app channels have their own endless library. No DVR NEEDED. And thoses who want another news sources? Newsmax, OAN, The Blaze, Americas Voice. And the First. Old Westerns. Even the old Looney tunes cartoons. With the options of paid premium channels.

I bought a roku a roku Express and I have an older tv with rca jacks on the front and back of the tv I bought an adapter cord with RCA jacks on one end and HDMI on the other end and I hooked everything up and nothing shows up on my tv screen what am I doing wrong?

My TV is 20 years old...I had to use the power pack to make my Bose System work.
Connecting on the back (second choice) did not work for me. Thats the USB plug.
Great sound now....Not sure why...but it worked for me. USE THE POWER PACK.
I was not going to go out and buy a new TV...the old one works great.

Thanks for the video as I am new to all or most of this! I think I understand most of the info except for one issue.The wifi is where I'm stuck as I currently don't have home WiFi. I was told that I would be able to use my cellphones wifi? I'm not sure also if I can could someone please explain how to do this. Thanks for your help & time!
