Finding A Leak Through A Pool Wall and Performing The Repair To Fix the Plumbing and Stop The Leak

In this episode of Turning Leak Detection Into Repair, we're at a pool with some older equipment. This includes "in-deck valves" and some older plumbing.

We began the leak detection by listening with our PoolScope, the first piece of equipment we use in our LeakTronics Pro Complete Leak Detection Kit to find the location of a leak. With it, we were able to accurately identify where the leak was and ruled out that there were any other leaks. Then we determined the necessary repair for this job.

We then measured and cut an area in the deck that would give us the best access to the leaking pipe with minimal invasive damage. This allowed us to make the repair and re-pour the deck in the shortest time and with the best results.
